business_center 2. Our Service

P2Intern helps ambitious learners secure internship placements with established companies based in London, the USA, or Asia. We advertise voluntary internship roles on behalf of our partner companies, match candidates to the right placement, and support interns with mentorship and guidance throughout their placement.

We are a placement service, not an employer. By using our platform and applying for a placement, you agree to engage with P2Intern solely for its matching, administration, and support services.

payments 3. Placement Fee

Unlike a membership or subscription, P2Intern charges a one-off placement fee for its matching, administration, and support services. The fee and its payment terms are presented to you clearly when you confirm your application for an internship.

By submitting an application and agreeing to a placement, you authorise payment of the applicable placement fee. Placement fees are non-refundable once your placement has been confirmed and your internship has commenced, except as set out in our Refund Policy below.

Because our placement fee covers the administration, matching, and support provided to secure your internship, fees are generally non-refundable once your placement is confirmed. If you cancel before your placement is confirmed, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of P2Intern management.

To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page with your application details. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 14 working days.
